I wish to ascertain under Access to Information on the Environment Regulations the following facts: Did Roscommon County Council, the roads authority or agents appointed by the authority, consult with the OPW with regard to the proposed N61 Knockcroghery to Ballymurray Road Project by way of public consultation with respect of the above Roads Project? I note that the OPW has indicated 5 recurring flood events in the overall Study Area and 2 recurring flood events on the actual line of the Emerging Preferred Route Corridor C3. Therefore, it is considered that it would stand to reason that the authority would have consulted with you as a prescribed body, accordingly. If the authority or agents thereof did consult with the OPW regarding this particular roads project, please furnish me with all correspondence in your records, pertaining to the various consultation phases regarding same and also please furnish me with all records of replies given to the roads authority or agents thereof, by the OPW.
