I would like to make a request under Freedom of Information rules. I am looking for all documentation in relation to works undertaken by the OPW along the Nenagh River in Co. Tipperary in 2020, as well as its tributaries, including the Dolla River, during that period. This should include emails, photographs, minutes of meetings, reports including (but not confined to) Environmental Impact Assessment, Ecological Impact Assessment, Appropriate Assessment Screening and Natura Impact Statement and/or surveys for protected species, alien invasive species etc. I am also looking for any consultation with statutory consultees, particularly the Department of Culture and Heritage (National Parks and Wildlife Service) and Inland Fisheries Ireland, which were undertaken before, during or after the works.
