I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act: The Design Flood Level that was used in the application by Kerry County Council and/or its consultants/agents in establishing the design soffit level of the road bridge. The information supplied should include a copy of any report prepared to support the calculations. A copy of the consent issued to Kerry Co Co by the OPW.
