I would like to request the following documents under the freedom of information Act: 1. All submissions/correspondence to the Office of Public works by the owners (or representatives) of the Blackpool Retail Park and Blackpool Retail Amenity Park in relation to the Blackpool Flood Relief Scheme. 2. All responses from the OPW to the above.
