I request the following document under AIE regulations please: The original report authored by the Engineer, OPW, South West Region Maintenance into the flooding of Blackpool on the 28th June 2012. The original report was written on the 4th of July. It was amended on the 10th. The amended report is attached. I would like to receive the report digitally please.
