Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a copy of the database/spreadsheet/log of issues/snags/complaints made with regard to Miesian Plaza. This request to cover the period since the Department of Health and the Department of Children first occupied the building. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format.
