Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - copies of the actual mileage claim forms submitted by Minister Patrick O'Donovan for the calendar year 2020. - a record of how much was paid to the minister for each of these claim forms. If this request is more appropriate to D/Finance, please transfer it as per Section 12(3) of the FOI Act.
