I seek the following documents under AIE regulations. Enforcement notices (including relevant correspondence) issued to Cork City Council by the Office of Public Works in relation to the following non-compliant structures (Under section 50 of the Arterial Drainage Act): 1. The Trash screen formerly located in the River Bride, Blackpool Retail Park, Brothers Delaney Rd culvert (installed 2003, removed 2014) 2. The Trash screens formerly located in the River Bride at the Orchard Court pedestrian bridge, Blackpool (installed between 2002 and 2014) Any response from Cork City Council to the OPW in relation to these structures.
