I am requesting the information as a journalist wishing to see all of the records held by Louth Co Co in relation to LMFM (Radio) and also all of the records held by Louth Co Co in relation to my radio show The Michael Reade Show on LMFM from the date 12/05/2003 up to and including the date 07/12/2023.I am seeking this information in relation to a matter of significant public interest, as I am working on a story that centers on how Louth Co Co treats media requests, FOI Requests and if the council is as transparent as the public should expect a local authority to be. This in fact goes to the heart of democracy. I am making this request on foot of some very significant failings on the part of the council's handling of an FOI request, as decided by the Office of the Information Commissioner [Council Reference: FOI 46/2023]. The purpose of this request is to establish if those failings were down to incompetence on the part of Louth Co Co or if the council or its staff sought to undermine the process, despite its statutory obligations. My request applies to all departments.

I now have confirmed 4 properties and owners in close proximity to this home acting on information that came from LCC contract update in September 2020. The simplest one is this: I want a footpath - Subject Pronoun/Verb/Object LCC on September 15th 2020 is the object in that sentence and it is hand written by a member of AGS in a statement. I am sure that person wanted a footpath before September 15th 2020 and was delighted to get the update. Bullies can be well dressed and well off too but you would never hear our Minister for Justice call them scumbags. I hope you realise that I am not what anyone expected and will not be treated in such a manner by my peer age group who just came back to visit and brought the kids after 30 years of privilege in this society due to good health, good jobs and all opportunities this society provided to them since teenager years. Not all of us had that life but I am not here for their entertainment or exploitation. I want my right under the law to defend my name and person. I am asking for your help in LCC with that final FOI for September records please.

I have refined my request on new analysis. Please advise if the following is acceptable wording to proceed: Under the FOI Act 2014, I request hard or soft copy communications from the Community Section and/or Infrastructure Section to Cllr Maria Doyle and/or Mr John Horan (Chairman Blackrock TT) regarding the awarding of roads contract for phase 2 TVRS usage on the Rock Road (Sandylane to Elm Park). The timeframe is 1st to 30th September 2020.
