Under Section 12 of the FOI Act we are making a request for access to non-personal records held by LCC which contain the following information: 1. all providers of emergency accommodation, including dedicated homeless accommodation, family hubs, B&B's or any other form of accommodation provided by the Council under Section 10 of the Housing Act 1988 to persons who have been assessed as homeless, in contact with LCC at any time since 25 September 2023; 2. the total number of beds available to LCC for use as emergency accommodation on a week to week basis from 25 September 2023 to present and; 3. Any alternative arrangements utilised by LCC to provide for accommodation under Section 10 of the Housing Act 1988 since 25 September 2023, for example the provision of vouchers to facilitate self-accommodation or the provision of own door interim accommodation
