Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking the release of records relating to the tendering of training/education services by the Council's Local Enterprise Office for the past five years (2018-2023). By this, I mean a copy of the request for tender and associated documents, a copy of the submission received from the eventual award winner and a copy of the contract signed between the Council and the award winner. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably in its original format.
