Under the FOI Act 2014, I request any communication in hardcopy or digital format sent from LCC offices to the representatives of Louth Tidy Towns Together, Blackrock Tidy Towns and/or Councillor Maria Doyle end of August to 30th September 2020 regarding Phase 2 TVRS (Sandylane to Elm Park, Rock Road). My request also includes a phone call record or text message communication
