I wish to receive copies of the following records under the Freedom of Information Act related to the vacant site levy: • A list (preferably in tabular format such as a spreadsheet) of each site owner (where the owner is a company, please exclude individuals) and the amount outstanding in payments for the vacant site levy. I am happy to review details per site or per owner, whichever is least timing-consuming for the council. Please provide the requested documents in electronic format - and in spreadsheet format where available - and provide an acknowledgement letter as soon as possible. Please also contact me as early as possible where any potential refinement may be required and/or where costs are envisioned and can be reduced or eliminated through request refinement.
