The valuation of €6,200,000.00 which was provided to the Dundalk Town Council in respect of circa 5 acre site, bounded by the Blackwater River the Waterview Estate of houses the Wilton Grove Estate of houses and the rear gardens of a number of houses on the southern side of the Point Road, Dundalk which was subsequently purchased by Dundalk Town Council for €6,200,000.00. 3.
