As part of some policy research I am carrying out in regards to Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and its current usage here, I am seeking certain information. As such I would like to submit a Freedom of Information request under the 2014 act for the following: Time period the year 2018. The data sought: The number of residential new builds commenced. The number of new builds commenced which used offsite manufacturing (OSM) construction, the name of the OSM supplier and the number of units associated with each supplier. The number of new builds commenced which are modular homes. The number of new builds, which used timber frame structures. The number of new builds commenced which used Building Information Modelling (BIM) as part of the design process.
