Louth County Council

I would like to request the following under the Freedom of Information Act: 1. how many farmers have been prosecuted for pollution offences within the Council area over each of the last five years. 2. An outline the details of each case - e.g. Farm enterprise type; pollution type; cause and scale; and resulting enforcement action or fine. 3. Were any repeat offenders over that five years - and if so, how many times was that individual prosecuted and what were the fines/punishment for each offence. 4. How many cases of pollution incidents originating from farms were ultimately not prosecuted? And for each of these cases, why was no further action taken?
