I request, hereby un redacted copies of the following documents: 1. The handwritten valuation which was carried out by Mr. Frank Pentony in respect of the 0.83 acre plot of land, part of Dundalk Waste Water Treatment plant site, which was proposed by the Council to be sold to Mr. Martin McCaughey/McCaughey Developments Limited to facilitate access for the construction of an estate of houses at Point Road Dundalk, Co Louth for a consideration of €155,000.00. 2. The valuation of €6,200,000.00 which was provided to the Dundalk Town Council in respect of circa 5 acre site, bounded by the Blackwater River the Waterview Estate of houses the Wilton Grove Estate of houses and the rear gardens of a number of houses on the southern side of the Point Road, Dundalk which was subsequently purchased by Dundalk Town Council for €6,200,000.00. 3. The email communication from Mr Alan McMillin to Mr. Frank Pentony enquiring around why GBA Donal O'Buachalla's services were no longer required to complete the valuation at No. 1 above.
