In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I wish to request access to the following records that I believe to be held by your organisation. The names and addresses of the streets your Council has recorded in the past 12 months with fly-tipping incidents, details of each incident and the problems recorded, i.e. bags of rubbish, domestic waste, rodents spotted as a result etc. Any photographs captured of each of the recorded incidents.
