I would be obliged if you can furnish me with information LCC hold in relation to below: UD Case file on Nucella Lodge in Omeath reference 22STL001. Furthermore there is a current planning application lodged for the retention of changes to the property under planning reference 22/42 and I would request all information held re same. I also wish to obtain all records contained within the Short Term Lets case file reference 21STL 046, held by Planning Enforcement Section relating to the property known as Tranquillity Cottage, Ballyoonan, Omeath, Co Louth. I am only looking for updates/additional information, warning letters, replies, general correspondence received beyond that which you kindly supplied under my previous FOI request of April 30th 2022.
