I am writing to you under the FOI Act 2014 to request records relating to the number of rental properties inspected during the last five years. 1. The number of new rental properties registered with your body between the beginning and end of each year from 2017 to 2021. 2. The total number of rental properties registered with your body at the end of each year from 2017 to 2021. 3. The number of properties inspected for rental standards by your body each year from 2017 to 2021. 4. The number of properties found to have failed inspection at the end of each year between 2017 and 2021 and the reason for their failure. 5. The number of properties inspected by your body from the beginning of 2022 to the date this request is received. 6. The number of properties found to have failed rental standards inspection from the beginning of 2022 to the date this request is received. 7. The number of new rental properties registered with your body from the beginning of 2022 to the date this request is received. 8. The number of staff who carried out an inspection in each of the years between 2017 and 2021 and the number of inspections each staff member carried out.
