I have an issue with malodour from the sewage system on the Carrickmacross Road in Dundalk. I have been dealing with David Fallon in the Planning Enforcement department regarding this matter. However I am not satisfied with the outcome of his investigation I am referring the matter to the Environmental Protection agency because of this under the Freedom Of Information Act I am requesting any and all investigation and reports on this issue to be sent to me. I will then forward them to the EPA.
