minutes of meetings where decisions were made aroundwhich areas to prioritise for the All Ireland Rail Plan Development. Please include minutes of all relevant meetings and reports that are offline. I have already got access to the three reports online around the all Ireland rail plan published in July 2023. This report references a high level steering group for the project. Specifically they mention one meeting on 12th May, can you please include the minutes for this meeting, and the other high level steering group meetings also? The reason for this request is because of the three documents published, document 1 shows a need for a north west train, however by document 2 this train has been descoped out of the regional plan, and classified as "rural" despite not being rural. Additionally, more biased language is selected, for example the Dublin Belfast and Dublin Cork routes are named as "the spine" of Ireland, and classified as the most important parts of the plan. I would like to access the minutes of the meetings where these decisions were made so I can understand how, by report 3, the north west route which despite a flawed criteria, did not stack up as a poor choice for development, somehow still got de-scoped.
