Data or records documenting instances of ghost buses operating in Dublin, including routes, schedules, and frequency of sightings or complaints from passengers and the public. 4. Any other relevant information or documentation related to efforts to identify, investigate, and mitigate the presence of ghost buses in Dublin's public transportation network.
