I am looking for any records, that would have been created, as a result, of a recent investigation, that would have been undertaken by the DoT, on a recent matter, in West Limerick, concerning the Regional Road "R515". Just for clarity, the correspondence, was instigated by e-mails to the Minister's office, on 19 and 20 November last. With acknowledgement by Ms Amanda Corley. So I am requesting all correspondence, (1) internally within the DoT, as well as (2) any correspondence, between the Department and Limerick City and County Council, on these matters Can I also just include any correspondence on this matter, as well, that might have been had back and forth, with an elected representative. There is the possibility, that the likes of Minister Niall Collins, may have had contact, with the Department, on these matters, and if he was involved, then I would like to see those records as well.
