In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I wish to request access ;any record which assesses / recommends payment or refund (or recommends non-payment or non-refund) of education fees in respect of any single training / education course undertaken by a member of staff in your Department/ Office (including staff serving abroad) which cost more than €3,000 per annum in the years 2023 and 2024.
