Could I please have a copy of all all and any records and communications both formal and informal in current or past offices or Departments that the Minister/Department any member of his staff under his instruction or independently on any due diligence and inquiries to the accuracy of the current out of date Jaspers Report and all and any communications with the EIB regarding those new unpredictable estimates and potential funding regarding Metrolink. Could I please have a copy of all and any records and communications both formal and informal in current or past offices or Departments that the Minister or any member of his staff under his instruction or any other Government Depts carried out any due diligence and made any inquiries or visits to The Loop Project currently in operation with the further more ambitious expansion plans compared to the Metrolink proposal. Could I please have a copy of all records and communications both formal and informal on any communications in current or past offices or Departments between the Minister/Department any member of his staff under his instruction or independently done on any due diligence from the Office of CA&G carried out regarding any information provided by Cormac McKay to the Office of CA&G on recommendations or advice pasted to the Minister/Department any member of his staff under his instruction or independently acquired regarding the Las Vegas Loop, Dublin Loop, Metrolink, Noise and Air pollution environmental and health costs.
