Further to my recent FOI requests submitted on the 19th and 20th November 2025, I wish to add the following instruction regarding the handling of my personal data: I request, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and relevant data protection legislation, that my identity and all personal details be withheld from any third parties during the processing of my requests. I do not consent to the disclosure of my name, contact details or any identifying information to CoSDA, COSTEDC or any other external party during third-party consultation under section 38.​

All records held by Tipperary County Council from 1 January 2000 to the present that relate to any project, capital work, funding programme or regeneration initiative in which either Carrick on Suir Development Association (CoSDA) or the Carrick on Suir Tourism and Economic Development Committee (COSTEDC) was involved in any capacity. This includes involvement as promoter, partner, beneficiary, consultee or stakeholder. This request covers records relating to the following projects, among others:Carrick on Suir Heritage Centre (all operational and redevelopment phases)Tides of Time visitor experienceTown Walls conservation worksHeritage trail signage and interpretationGuided walking initiativesFormer Friary Church (use, stewardship or disposal)Town Centre First and Town Team activitiesMain Street and laneway regenerationStrand Walk and Sean Healy Park worksBlueway connectivity works Any tourism or economic development project involving CoSDA or COSTEDC For each relevant project, I request access to the following categories of records:Project documentation, including funding applications, business cases, feasibility studies, costings, procurement records, consultant reports, drawings and design documents.Governance and decision-making records, including minutes, agendas, briefing papers, internal memoranda, and any documents outlining the authority, role or responsibilities assigned to CoSDA or COSTEDC.Correspondence, including emails, letters, internal notes, and any messages exchanged via text or WhatsApp that reference CoSDA or COSTEDC.Agreements or memoranda of understanding between the Council and CoSDA or COSTEDC.Any records explaining why CoSDA or COSTEDC were included in, or assigned a role in, each project.
