Subject: Immediate Inspection & Enforcement Required — Excavation Within 25 m of Domestic Well / Council Liability and Oversight Failures I am again bringing to your attention serious and ongoing excavation works within approximately 25 meters of my domestic well. These works seem to involve the excavation of ground, the interference with watercourses (the EPA has confirmed well supply sources are watercourses), the changing of ground levels, earth moving, dung movement, storage of the same, etc. This work is being carried out by a neighbouring property owner whose land adjoins mine and whom we have been informed has received council permission to do so. Given the proximity to a potable water source, this activity presents an immediate and foreseeable risk of groundwater contamination. Please furnish immediately via response email or else under FOI legislation, request all documentation associated with this, including exemptions granted, photographs, water source pollution evaluation, excavations conditions, engineers' reports, drawings, emails, etc.”
