I wish to request access to records held by Tipperary County Council relating to the presentation made by Mr. Tim Cullinan in March 2025, in which he addressed the councillors and executive management team of Nenagh Municipal District regarding the proposed development of an Anaerobic Digestion Biogas Facility in Woodville, County Tipperary. Specifically, I request access to the following: All communication between Mr. Tim Cullinan (or anyone acting on his behalf) and Tipperary County Council in advance of the meeting in March 2025, including but not limited to:EmailsLettersPhone call records or minutesMeeting scheduling or planning correspondenceA copy of the formal request or application made by Mr. Cullinan (or his representative) to address or present to the Council, including any supporting documents or cover letters.A list of all attendees at the Council meeting in March 2025, including elected members, officials, and any members of the public or representatives present.
