​I request the following records:A copy of the most up-to-date version of the risk register;A copy of the most up-to-date tracker for the implementation of recommendations from audits;A list of all audits carried out in the last two years to include the month and year of the audit and the overall assurance rating;A copy of the three most recent internal audits;A copy of the three most recent audits by external auditors at the request of an arm of the Government or another State body [excluding Annual Report and Financial Statements];A copy of the three most recent audits carried out by the local authority of any entities sitting below it, supported by it or funded by it;A copy of the minutes of the last five audit and risk committee (ARC) meetings.
