I am researching current events in Clonmel, including the sale of historically significant buildings. and it is my understanding that Denis Lacey hall located at Anglesea street has now been sold. Given that this building was built in 1835, it is of significant historical importance to the town and the people of Clonmel. I also understand that one of the Councils Councillors objected to the sale. ​I am requesting any communication / correspondence between the County Council, It’s councillors, it’s mayor, The selling agent / Auctioneer, and the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth In relation to the sale of Denis Lacey hall. and its intended use by its proposed new owners, Under the freedom of information act.
