​I am seeking information held by Tipperary County Council in relation to complaints made about two specific dogs at Knockballiniry, Ardfinnan, County Tipperary and any actions taken by the Council or its Dog Warden Service in response to those complaints. Specifically, I request access to: Records of complaints received by the Council or Dog Warden Service regarding the two dogs in question, including:Dates of complaintsNature of the complaints (e.g. aggression, noise, roaming)Location or area where the incidents occurredRecords of investigations or actions taken by the Dog Warden or Council staff in response to these complaints, including:Site visits or inspectionsCorrespondence with the dog ownersIssuance of fines, warnings, or noticesAny enforcement actions takenRelevant policies or procedures that guided the Council's response to these complaints. I understand that personal information (such as the names of complainants or dog owners) may be redacted in accordance with Section 37 of the FOI Act. I am primarily interested in the nature of the complaints and the Council's response
