I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) Act 2014. I have recently been informed by some neighbours that discussions are taking place between Mc Daras Community School & St Judes GAA Club both of Templeogue in relation to possible plans to apply for planning permission to construct an All Weather Pitch with Floodlights on the grounds of McDaras Community school. Given the proxity of this proposed location to many houses including those who face directly onto the field in question and the presence of an existing All Weather Pitch right adjacent to this location, neighbours have expressed alarm at the possibility. I have no idea if there is any truth in this story. Therefore to clarify matters, should discussions of any nature have taken place between SDCC and any of the above parties or their representatives on the construction of an All Weather Pitch with or without Floodlights on St Mc Dara's grounds, I wish to request under FOI 2014 a copy of such discussions and communications. I am aware that it is not uncommon for parties wishing to make planning applications to have discussions with SDCC seeking guidance prior to formally submitting planning applications.

I would like to request information on the costs incurred by the council in carrying out the process of purchasing the property, particularly the cost inspection/valuation/survey, legal fees and any other 3rd party costs. If this information is protected, I would alternatively request an estimate of the average cost associated with carrying out tenant-in-situ purchase in 2024, i’m strictly referring to third party, admin costs, legal fees, inspection or survey fees, not the price of property. I would also like to request a statement on why the process was halted at such a late stage, when fundamental facts about the house being oversized for 2 people, were known before the process. I would also like to know who were the key decision makers in this process. I would also like information on how many purchases under the tenant-in-situ scheme have progressed to survey/valuation/inspection stage in 2024. I would also like information on how many purchases under the tenant-in-situ scheme were completed in 2024. _________________________________________________________________________

Under FOI I would like to know the contract price agreed with Cleary-Doyle Building Contractors for the completion of Watercourse, Old Knocklyon Rd., D16. and is this a full and final price. Also have any extras been applied for since commencement of works. The site is Watercourse Grove, Old Knocklyon Rd, bounded by the Firhouse Rd. and M50. I am requesting the following under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. -- All records related to the on-carriageway bicycle logos at Riverside Cottages, Terenure, Dublin, including complaints about them and why they were removed. The relevant dates relate to when the relevant section of the Dodder Greenway was planned in 2017: https://consult.sdublincoco.ie/ga/consultation/dodder-greenway-route-scheme. Drawing from that consultation showing the bicycle lego here: https://consult.sdublincoco.ie/ga/system/files/materials/272/13_102_00_2217_C.pdf Given that it seems to be a post-construction issue, I'd be happy to accept a narrowing down from when the Part 8 project was built until after the markings were burned off.
