My vehicle wheel was badly damaged from a pothole which resembled a crater on 30th October 2023 on the road adjacent to Orwell Green in Templeogue, Dublin 6w. A claim was put into your insurers who asked me to complete a claim form and obtain an estimate for the damage sustained to my vehicle (which was a couple of months old at the time). Your insurers denied liability and said the matter was closed. Pending the delivery of a summons to you and your insurers which shall instigate legal action against you, I would be grateful if you would let me have the following details: 1.     Details of when the offending pothole was notified to you. 2.     When you caused the said pothole to be repaired. 3.     When the locus road was last inspected by your engineers. 4.     When the locus road was last 5.     Details of any other claims by motorists on the same stretch of road. repaired/resurfaced by you. Any other details of relevance to my claim.
