Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a copy of the business case, cost benefit analysis, and any valuation reports associated with the decision by the council to purchase Lucan House and grounds from the Italian government. Release of these records can no longer be said to have any impact on the sales process, which is completed apart possibly from some minor procedural matters.
