I wish to request information under the Freedom of Information Act. 1. Please could you outline how many incidents of illegal dumping of rubbish (also known as fly dumping/tipping) occurred within the jurisdiction of your authority between the years 2019 and 2024 (inclusive), broken down by year? If possible could you outline what areas of your authority the illegal dumping took place? 2. What was the cost of clearing illegal dumping to your authority for the years 2019 to 2024, broken down by year? 3. How many reports of dog fouling you have received from 2014 to the present day, breaking down the data by year? 4. How many fixed penalty notices you have issued to dog owners for dog fouling since 2014 until the present day? Please could you outline what areas of the council the fines related to (where possible)? 5. If possible, could you identify the top 10 streets under your authority which have the most number of illegal dumping and / or dog fouling.
