Under FOI I would like to know the contract price agreed with Cleary-Doyle Building Contractors for the completion of Watercourse, Old Knocklyon Rd., D16. and is this a full and final price. Also have any extras been applied for since commencement of works. The site is Watercourse Grove, Old Knocklyon Rd, bounded by the Firhouse Rd. and M50. I found the awarding of the tender in qtr 4 2023 in the awarding of contracts section, but there is no monies mentioned except to say the contract was in excess 25,000.
