The information I seek are the results of the survey that is noted below (OGCIO survey). Can I take you up on your offer of that information being provided to me please. I would be grateful if the number and grades of IT staff could be provided from that survey. I understand that it’s a point in time, that it was voluntary, that not all agencies responded and that it’s not validated. If possible could the information be provided in an excel spreadsheet please. Separately, I wonder if DPER has census data for each of the agencies that did reply to the survey. I understand that the HSE publishes its staff census each month. Could that be forward also? Again, I had presumed that an approx. number of total staff was compiled for that survey which would give a ratio of IT to total staff. Happy to accept that - with the above caveats - if available.

To assist in processing and minimize administrative burden, I request these records be provided in an electronic spreadsheet format (Excel or CSV), providing data for each facility separately (e.g., using a "Facility Name" column). Participation & Hourly Usage: Total annual attendance and a statistical report showing average hourly check-ins for public sessions, segmented by demographic categories (e.g., Adult, Senior, Child, Disabled Users). Membership Volume: Total active memberships as of 31st December for each year, segmented by available demographic categories (e.g., Adult, Senior, Child, etc.). I request records on what if any software system your various departments use to track cases/representations logged by counsellors. If there is a central cast tracing system I would like the name of that system. Case tracking software can come in many forms and I am looking to find out which departments have case tracking systems and which do not. If they don't, a brief description of how they track cases would help. An example response could be Department ABC | NO | We use Emails and documents on shared drives Department DEF | YES | Microsoft SharePoint based system. Department GHI | YES | Salesforce Case Tracking System Department JKL | NO | We have a spreadsheet. Department MNO | YES | We developed an in-house lotus notes system. etc
