Records Requested I request copies of any records that record, describe, or refer to the source or circumstances in which Councillor Seamie Moore made representations in relation to the Abbey Street / Basin Street junction, where those records indicate that the representations: • Arose from, followed, or were connected to Councillor Moore’s attendance at a hearing, sitting, or other matter of Naas District Court at which he was present, or • Were made after Councillor Moore attended Naas District Court and received information, statements, or observations during those proceedings, or • Were described internally as being relayed following matters raised during any proceedings of Naas District Court, rather than originating solely from Councillor Moore. This includes records where such information is: • Recorded informally or in file notes, • Paraphrased or summarised, • Referenced indirectly, • Or attributed to verbal communications, later reduced to writing. Confirmation of Records Where no records falling within the above description are held, I request that this be confirmed by way of a formal FOI decision and schedule of records, indicating that no such records exist.
