During the early 2000s Morrissey Construction lodged a planning application for the development of 100 plus houses at Moangarriff. The application was withdrawn a few months later. The statutory review of Clonmel Devleopment Plan was ongoing at the time and involved some public meetings with Moangarriff residents. Clonmel Borough Council engaged Consultant Nicholas De Jong to undertake a study or prepare a report/ plan for the overall development of the Moangarriff area including the construction of housing on lands west of Moangarriff situated between Moangarriff road and Gortnafleur road. The findings of this study/plan were subsequently incorporated into the statutory development plan. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 I wish to obtain a copy of the De Jong study/report/plan mentioned above. If possible, I would like to obtain a copy of the report in electronic format. If electronic format is not possible, a hardcopy will be acceptable
