​I wish to make a request for information under the freedom of information act 2014, in regard to an application made by Tipperary CoCo corporate services, who have applied for a Leeway/Right of way on Folio (now owned by Cloughjordan FC) as per the text below highlighted in red. There has been activity on folio for which you have requested a Property Alert notification. The activity details are: Application Number: Lodged by: CORPORATE SERVICES, TIPPERARY COUNTY COUNCIL Lodgement date: 03-AUG-2022 Application status: Awaiting Attention Application type(s): Grant of Wayleave/Right of Way Applicant(s): TIPPERARY COUNTY COUNCIL The reason for this request is that the leeway contains waste treatment infrastructure belonging to the housing estate. My question is what is the intent behind this action? Are there plans to take Townsfield housing estate in charge? any further information documentation relating to this action would be very much appreciated as this move directly impacts every resident connected to the above- mentioned scheme, the value of their homes, and the ability to enjoy their properties in the future.
