​I am requesting from you, as you are the C.E.O of Tipperary County Council, under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, the reasons why Ms Fiona Ryan [ Tipperary County Council] was refused temporary accommodation, by Clonmel Housing Officer Ms Trina O'Halloran she was also refused funding for temporary accommodation.
