As secretary for the above mentioned association I’d like to make the following request on our behalf under the Freedom of Information Act 2003: 1. When did the process commence whereby a request to purchase houses in our estate An Dúiche was made by Respond Housing Agency ? 2. Who were the people involved in dealing with this request ? both County Council and Respond ? 3. When can we expect to know when a decision has been made in relation to this proposed purchase ?
