How many of those 1,512 CN had not started works within the allocated time? 3. Out of 1,512 submissions, how many projects resubmitted adapted/changed planning applications after a CN was submitted? 4. How many, if any, of those 1,590 CNs required further follow up regarding issues with compliance relating to lack of action/ going beyond the legislated time frame for buildings to begin after CN were issued? a.
