Request for records of meetings or communications between the department and Cork City Council (or any other party) regarding the Spring Lane Halting Site and/or the Children`s Ombudsman`s Investigation/Report on the site. 2. Request for copies of the Annual Work Programme submitted by the TAU in Cork City Council to the TAU/TASU in the department for 2024 & 2025 (or access to documentation, why requesting an Annual Work Programme from CCC has been discontinued) 3. Request for access to Public Sector Equality & Human Rights Duty (PSEHRD) Impact Assessments (or similar documents regarding `proofing` or compliance with the PSEHRD) as related to the provision of accommodation/housing to Travellers. To include Traveller-specific measures (e.g. Caravan Loan Scheme, the non-provision of funding for steps to mobile homes/caravans, etc.)
