In the period of 01/06/2025 to 20/09/2025: Request for records held by the Department concerning the designation of new Rent Pressure Zones Correspondence from the RTB 1. Copies of any letters, emails, or submissions sent by the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) to the Minister or his office regarding the adequacy of RTB resources to monitor, implement, or enforce RPZ regulations. 2. Departmental Records Any briefing notes, memos, or submissions prepared for the Minister that reference concerns raised by the RTB about resources in the context of RPZs.
