Derelict Properties • The total number of properties on the Council’s Derelict Sites Register, broken down by year. • The number of inspections carried out on derelict properties each year. • The number removed from the register each year. 3. Enforcement & Action • The number of enforcement actions taken each year (e.g. warning letters, derelict site notices, fines, compulsory purchase orders), and the outcomes of those actions. • The number of properties compulsorily purchased by the Council each year. 4. Policy & Correspondence • Any correspondence between Galway City Council and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage regarding vacant or derelict properties during this period. • Any internal memos or guidance documents used by Council staff relating to vacant homes or derelict sites.
