I am writing about this dog that was apparently killed by the Louth Pound and you are the contract on their website. I would like to know if this is true and if so, who typed this dog and on what criteria as he clearly does not meet the criteria. I request a FOI on the details regarding this dog including the height he was measured at. This had better not be the start of culling of any dog that vaguely resembles a bully breed. There is massive awareness happening regards this atrocity.

Last week it was alleged that Louth pound picked up a dog that appears to be a staffy or small pitbull and killed it within days of having it. I have requested under the FOI Act to be advised if this male dog was 19' at the wither per your unusually cruel legislation that seems to target any large dog regardless of breed. In this case the dog did not look to be XL in size. It is alleged the owner tried to stop them, but they killed Kodi anyway. There will be a march #justiceforkodie next week. Other dogs are 'allegedly' being threatened to be killed by dog wardens. I have an English bulldog. This breed was made famous by Winston Churchill and is well known among people who are 'breed aware' to be gentle family orientated dogs. The history of this dog goes back to the 16th century. Eventually becoming domesticated as a house pet in the early 19th century. If I was to look at most breeds they come from a hunting background. Dogs were originally for work, for purpose, NOT for sitting on couches. Will all these dogs now get killed? Your legislation appears to give way to this. Your legislation actually targets ANY dog 19' at the wither that is perceived to be in good muscular shape. A fit labrador can fall into this category. A Cane Corsa, the same breed that Messi (the famous soccer player) also fits into this category. What assurances do I have that your uneducated inexperienced dog wardens wont 'mis identify its breed', take it and kill it after February 1st? If my dog got incorrectly taken and killed I would more than likely have a heart attack. What appeals process do you have in place to stop mistakes by Dog Wardens and vets? It seems unconstitutional to NOT have an appeals process in place to claim back ones property? And in this case, a living breathing, feeling animal that is a family member. This cull seems very anti-human rights and undemocratic.

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 concerning the decision made regarding a complaint I made, which was dealt with by the Planning Compliance (Enforcement) & Active Land Management Unit (Reference number UD/24/208). I am seeking to understand why my complaint regarding the external lighting was not addressed in the decision-making process, despite the photographic evidence I submitted, which clearly demonstrates the issue. In addition, if necessary, I could have provided a recent mri brain scan which shows the damage caused by migraines which are being triggered by these external lights. The lack of response to this concern is a key point I wish to clarify. Specifically, I am requesting the following: 1. All documentation, including reports, memos, assessments, or communications, that detail how the decision was made regarding the complaint referenced above. This includes any records outlining the reasoning or considerations taken into account in making the decision. 2. The grade or position of the person or persons responsible for making the decision. Please note that I am not requesting personal information related to any individuals involved, nor am I seeking to appeal the decision itself in this FOI request. My request is purely focused on the decision-making process and the role of the relevant personnel involved. I would appreciate if the requested documents could be provided in electronic format where possible. If any of the requested information is exempt from disclosure, I would appreciate an explanation for each exemption involved.
