Under the FOI Act 2014, I request an electronic copy of the letter sent by C Matthews, Project Engineer, LCC, in January 2022 to the 'residents' of Rock Road, Blackrock regarding notification of the commencement of phase 3/3 of road developments using the TVRS allocated by the DRCD.
