I am emailing with a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The request relates to a planning enforcement file at Louth County Council, which concerns unauthorised development at Arthurstown, Ardee, Co. Louth (Reference: UD/24/240). I previously received information via a separate FOI request, which was issued to me on 4 November 2024 (Reference 117/2024). However, I understand that a further site inspection has taken place. I hereby request a copy of all correspondence on the file, including any internal correspondence between members of the Planning Enforcement Team and any other employees and/or representatives of Louth County Council. I also request any correspondence between Louth County Council and the landowner.
