    As a condition (9d) of the Terms of Transfer signed by all homeowners on the estate when purchasing their properties from the GCC housing department it would be the responsibility of the GCC Housing dept to vet and hire the landscaping contractor on behalf of the residents. The condition also stated a payment deadline date of 31st January of each year must be met by all residents. 1.
